    Floor plans, design concepts, selections, and 3D renderings allow you to experience the design before it comes to life. Together, we refine the details and finalize the direction.

    Once the design is approved, CHI manages the many moving pieces—from purchasing and lead times to vendor coordination, receiving, and installation—helping keep the complexity behind the scenes and the experience seamless for our clients.

    The design comes together through coordinated installation, placement, and final styling—transforming the plans and selections into a finished home.
