Who We Are
Creating homes that feel as beautiful as they look
CHI Inspirations is a full-service interior design studio based in Monmouth County, NJ. We focus on creating warm, refined interiors that balance sophistication with a sense of ease.
Our Perspective
Through thoughtful space planning, carefully considered materials and furnishings, and an appreciation for proportion and detail, each home develops its own character while reflecting a distinctive point of view.
The result is a home that feels layered, personal and meant to be lived in.
Behind CHI Inspirations
A creative eye, grounded in a thoughtful approach.
After a career in management consulting, Chris Panagakos followed a long-standing interest in interiors and began a new chapter as an interior designer. She founded CHI Inspirations with a belief that beautiful design and a highly considered client experience should go hand in hand.
Her consulting background continues to shape the way she works today—listening closely, solving problems, managing complexity, and guiding clients through important decisions with clarity and care. Combined with an eye for balance, proportion, and detail, this allows Chris to approach each project with both creative vision and a clear understanding of what it takes to bring that vision to life.
Supported by a Trusted Team
A personal approach, supported by the right expertise.
CHI Inspirations takes a highly personal approach to each project, with Chris working closely with clients alongside a small design and procurement team.
We work seamlessly with architects, builders, and contractors involved in our clients’ projects, along with a trusted network of skilled trades, craftspeople, and installation professionals. Together, this brings the right expertise to each project while keeping the experience thoughtful, coordinated, and personal.
Behind Our Name
The inspiration behind CHI.
The name CHI Inspirations was chosen with intention. Chi represents a sense of positive energy, harmony, and balance—qualities that have always resonated with the way we think about home.
Inspirations reflects our belief that a thoughtfully designed home should do more than look beautiful. It should feel personal, uplifting, and connected to the people who live there.
Every project begins with a conversation.
